Staff & Class Size

Smaller class sizes provide personal and individual attention, which is needed to maximize a child’s learning potential.  We strictly adhere to our student/staff ratio, which exceeds state and local guidelines. All staff is subject to fingerprinting and background checks.

Our staff is comprised of outstanding professionals.  All teachers at Tadpole Village Preschool are licensed and certified in elementary education.  Several of the teachers have specialized training as literacy specialists.  Together they have more than fifty years of teaching experience.

The teaching assistants here at our preschool are mature, caring individuals.  They enjoy working with children as most of them have children of their own.  The teaching assistants help to make each child feel special and loved.
